This three-part workshop is a guided, hands-on journey with plants beautiful enough to display and powerful enough to support your wellness. Each session includes interactive discussion, an herbal craft to take home, and accessible teachings to help you connect with your own lineage, the collective lands, and healing.

You are invited to attend 1 or all 3 sessions.

Each class will build upon material covered in the last, and first time participants will be able to join any session with ease. Led by Master Herbalist Nitika Achaean, with herbs, plants and flowers grown or wild crafted by True Grit Farm & Flower.  

All materials and a take-home remedy are included.
